This website has information on a good number of authors. The various authors’ biographies, related articles and quizzes are a good starting point when trying to introduce the authors and their works to the class. Furthermore, the section 'Periods and Movements' may be useful when teaching the history of English and American literature. There is also a whole section on Shakespeare alone, with quizzes on each of his works. Overall, the website provides us with good teaching materials and resources.
