This site has a whole collection of lesson plans compiled under a variety of curriculum units for teaches. It holds a collection from 1978 to 2010. Although it has discontinued, the lesson plans that have been collected are still relevant. I like the fact that the teachers include an annotated bibliography for reference and further reading. It is also very detailed.
